    i am not able to import a new please check it and solve. when trying to import a pop up is stucking. please check attached image below.

    I want to import “Niche market 02” as it is. but its able to do this. i think you understood.

    Hello,

    Please check now https://prnt.sc/f_I6UnhgTMUP , the problem was caused by a 3rd party plugin you activated on the site.

    Please note that we do not recommend you import demo content over previous demo content because you will get a mess from a few demos.

    We recommend a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch, or just delete old demo content first, as shown in this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/9i5j0VHvTWdU

    its okay but i need product that i have uploaded. how to reset without deleting products. or export porduct and then import again?
