I did a clean install. I get the error ‘Uncaught TypeError: elementorFrontend.waypoint is not a function’. Why? Can you help?
Hello, Alicengiz,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

I am experiencing the same issue. Can you help?
Hello, Alicengiz,
Could you please navigate to XStore, then proceed to the ‘Patches’ section, and apply all available patches? Once completed, kindly verify the functionality and let us know the outcome.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Negative. The error persists. I am testing on 3 different places. 1. Localhost, 2. Natro Hosting, 3. SiteGround Hosting
Dear @Alicengiz,
I hope this message finds you well. We kindly request that you clear all caches following the installation of the previously suggested patches. Should your website utilize a CDN, please ensure that it is also cleared.
Additionally, we are currently unable to access the dashboard of your website as the credentials provided are now incorrect. Could you please verify and update the access details at your earliest convenience?
Thank you for your attention to these matters.
Best regards,

Hello, I’ve got same issue with lottie, should have lotties in home page, above “fait main avec amour”, another one above “made in france”, et other on above “livraison offerte”. I’ve done all updates and applied patches, cleared cache, but it doesn’t work anymore
Dear @Flo Key
Could you please, clear your browser cache and check ? Currently we don’t see any issue with lottie on your home page -> https://gyazo.com/05434a6d6e5e2d45884576b1017630dd.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson
My friend, there is an error somewhere. I say; I tried it in 3 different places. I did a fresh installation.
You say give me access information. Are you kidding me? I say fresh installation. You need to find a solution for this. And I urgently purchased 2 themes. I have not been able to activate the website for months due to errors. I do not have this problem with other themes. Please take the situation seriously and solve my problem.
Dear @Alicengiz,
I hope this message finds you well.
Firstly, we often request access to your site’s admin panel because, in many cases (approximately 70%), issues are resolved simply by clearing the cache after installing patches. However, we have noticed that you have not provided the wp-admin access, which suggests a reluctance on your part to allow us to assist you effectively.
Secondly, I would like to highlight that our patch system is designed to monitor and implement vital fixes and improvements without requiring an official theme release. This approach is detailed in our documentation, which you can view here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/. Official updates undergo thorough checks by Envato and are not released very frequently; hence, we accumulate a list of fixes and improvements for later official releases.
Thirdly, you have mentioned that you have been unable to activate the website for several months due to persistent errors. It is important to note that the specific bug you referenced began with the release of Elementor v3.24.0 on September 10, 2024, as detailed in the Elementor development log: https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/#developers.
We take your concerns seriously and are committed to resolving the issues you are facing. However, without access to both the wp-admin and FTP, it is challenging for us to diagnose and address the problems accurately.
Please, ensure that the latest versions of theme and all plugins are installed, all patches are applied and cache on your web-site is cleared.
If the issue is still there, we kindly request that you provide the necessary access at your earliest convenience to enable us to assist you more effectively.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your cooperation.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
