Your scheduled changes just published
Customize New Changes
comes up if I try to access themesettings, not sure what went wrong – updated from a version from last year, all plugins up to date etc – not sure if it’s a server time issue as had an issue posting new pages and products and them showing as expired
Any help appreciated as it’s an emergency launch to help deliver food to self isolating people in the area

Hello,

Your issue is not related to our theme because it appears even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/4779fe2f3ef4b7f57181d8b9b82f6269
Looks that this is something with your WP installation. So, contact WP support on the WP support forum to fix the issue with the customizer. Theme options based on the customizer, so you’ll get them once fix the issue with the default option of WP – customizer.
Before contact support update your DB to required version because it’s out of date http://prntscr.com/rq2nwu
