HTTP ERROR 500 changing main domain to a subdomain

    I changed the domain https://atacadoatalaia.com.br to a subdomain https://poa.atacadoatalaia.com.br and since that day, I’ve been experiencing an error on the website. I can access the WordPress dashboard, but on the site’s page, it gives an error. This error is related to Xstore. Could you assist me? Thank you!

    Hi Rose,

    I couldn’t fix the error after looking at your article. I contacted the provider and they said it’s a WordPress error. Could you assist me? Attached is the FTP access. Thank you!

    Rose,
    I tried deactivating the xstore plugin and activating it again.

    Seems to be working now.
    Let’s see!
