    Hi,

    I get HTTP 500 – Internal Server Error

    This error happens with some pages of the site
    The problem is not in the Host (everything checked)

    Please you can look at my site as admin

    Please high priority

    Hello,

    It could be related to some fatal error that appears. Please, provide me also FTP access and link to pages where you get 500 error.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in answering. We need to enable WP debug but we can’t do this because our FTP user does not have permissions. Please, change permissions for our FTP user to enable WP debug or do this by yourself.

    To use debug mode it is easier to do it directly in the Flywheel panel

    Hello,

    Problem caused by your cache, once I enable Dev Mode and disabled cache http://prntscr.com/fdeu0d 500 error disappears. And any error on frontend. Do you have any errors in server logs? Do you have any advanced settings for your cache?

    Yes, problem with cache and shop page was related to template files. Check the shop page again, please.
