  Hello Support Team,

  We are using the XStore Header Builder and added an HTML Block to show a message:

  SITE UNDER MAINTENANCE

  In the Header Builder editor (backend) the text is visible and displays properly.

  On the live site (frontend) the text does not show up at all.

  Steps we followed:

  Created an HTML Block in the Header Builder.

  Inserted simple text.

  Saved and published.

  The text is visible inside the editor, but missing on the live site.

  Expected:

  The text should appear on the live frontend the same way it does in the editor.

  Actual:

  Visible only in the backend editor, not on the live site.

  Files is visible for topic creator and
  support staff only.

  2. Additionally, it appears that multiple headers are currently configured on your site: https://prnt.sc/aC0xVcZdbdK4 To prevent potential conflicts, we suggest either removing the unnecessary headers or adjusting their display conditions accordingly.
