Please go to pages > edit Shop page > change or remove featured image – https://prnt.sc/Qg-XB8htFrX9

The color of the breadcrumbs text can be changed via Theme Options > Breadcrumbs.

Could you please provide URL of page with this block https://prnt.sc/yDTHaLSQ0NZN ? Or check Banner Content (Text tab) in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout.

Enable sidebar via Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout, then go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > add content into Shop sidebar area – https://prnt.sc/Y6RgFSWwmBlR

I checked Banner Content (Text tab) in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout. There is no banner set up.
