How was the top banner of the niche market 02 theme created?

I would like to inquire about how the top banner of the niche market 02 theme was created. This banner is the one that includes a 50% discount, and I couldn’t find it in the head builder.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please Enable the Classic Widgets Panel via Xstore > Theme Options > General, then go to Appearance > Widgets > edit content of header banner (delete static block widget or select a block in the widget settings).
