    Hi,

I’m very new to WP/woocommerce and trying to set up our site.
The X-theme is installed and customizing ongoing.
In the single product page, there is below the product a portfolio placeholder that I would like to delete… where can I do that? I checked any static block, widget zone, whatever and can’t find it.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello,

Go to Product > edit OPTI-MYST 400 CASSETTE ÉLECTRIQUE-EAU POUR CHEMINÉE-FOYER-ENCASTRER product scroll down to 8theme Product Options and remove static block http://prntscr.com/c7nc60

If you want just to change the image go to Static Blocks > find static block you used for your product and edit it and Banner element image. Don’t forget to enable Visual Composer for static blocks, see https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#theme_settings_44_static_blocks

    Regards

    Hi Olga,

Thanks for your quick reply. In fact, the 8theme products options > additional custom block shows “shop Sidebar” http://prntscr.com/c7q72t and I was wundering why I didn’t see the side bar on the product page… in fact, it shows the portfolio placeholder.

    Hello,

First of all, additional custom block is custom block that is displayed below the product tabs. You selected shop sidebar static block that shows banner like we have on shop page with placeholder instead of real image http://prntscr.com/c7re13 You may go to Dashboard > Static Blocks > edit Shop sidebar static block and you’ll see the banner element there.

If you want to enable sidebar for single product page go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > and select sidebar position.

    Regards
