  Hi,

  Download translation files from here – https://prnt.sc/urxc8q , for example – https://prnt.sc/urxee5 and place into /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder (via FTP. Ask your hosting provider about FTP access, connect to your server via FTP software, like – FileZilla) with correct names – https://prnt.sc/urxdch Then click on Sync button – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ https://prnt.sc/urxfrb and continue translation.
