How to upload better/retina image for footer?

On this theme’s footer the image is blurry and when i upload my own it is also blurry, which size do you recommend and is there a retina option for this?

Logo image in the Footer is not blurry on the demo, here is the size – https://prnt.sc/12tzsp3 Try to upload own image in size – 146×40 and set “full” – https://gyazo.com/fd9d8fdc333984f107953193fa6f1514
