Registration comes from WC plugin, so go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-15

XStore theme doesn’t have a separate registration page. We use default woocommerce registration that works on the my-account page.
