Hi, my layer slider in my IdStore theme installation needs update, but I can´t update it with my Idstore theme purchase code.
Whata should I do?

Hello,

You need to update the plugin manually via FTP. You can download all required plugins here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

In order to update Revolution Slider and Layer Slider, should I replace them via FTP? Should I first desactivate them from my administration panel?

Hello,

Yes, you need replace their folders via FTP in wp-content/plugins directory.
In this case you may not deactivate the plugins.

I´ve uploaded Layer Slider via FTP, but when I insert the purchase code in order to validate it, an error occurs saying this: Failed to set up automatic updates.

Hello,

Theme purchase code won’t work for plugins.
If you want to activate some plugin you have to buy it directly from plugin authors, for example buy LayerSlider license here http://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin-/1362246 . But this in not required as it only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need.
Latest versions can be downloaded on our page https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
