Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Go to Theme Options > Header builder > delete elements from the header content.

Delete element from Connection block, it will be added into bottom line with elements, then add it to the desired area.

Go to Appearance > Menus > Create a menu > add Product Categories inside the menu as shown on .gif from my previous reply. Then Select The Menu form the All departments element

1) There is no such option, for the mobile panel. You can submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
Edit content of the panel via Theme options > Mobile panel
2) Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Single product layout > Buy Now Button
3) Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > elements
