  Hi there,

  I have multilingual site, and I am using WPML. I translated everything, but I have problem with static block. I can not translate it, and If I create new one on englesh and one on serbian, I can not implement by customize option.

  Please, help me.

  Hello,

  At first you need make Static Block translatable:
  http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0912/h_1473672202_4635043_a34e4994a4.png
  and translate it to other language.

  If you use Static Block widget for footer in Appearance > Widgets, you can display different widgets for different language as described here https://wpml.org/2011/03/howto-display-different-widgets-per-language/
