How to translate a child xstore theme and plugins

hello,
I want to translate my website from English to French, I tried using loco translate for that purpose using your demonstration on xstore documentation, I followed all the steps but unfortunately no translation results, I think the problem is that I am using a child theme on my website.
I want you to tell me how to translate my website plugins and theme.

Your child theme should not cause problems, because you need to translate the parent theme.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

now I can see some translation results, but the content of the pages is not translated into French, why?

Hello, Adnane,

The content of pages should be translated manually, go to the edit page and change the content using Elementor, for example – https://prnt.sc/Pqfkn4neUNph
Also, you can delete demo content and add your own.
The menu can be changed via Appearance > Menus.
