How to transfer previous license to new domain

    Sir,

    I am Faizal Haini from Malaysia

    I install woopress theme in my site of “www.aiic2018.com”,but I want to close the site and at the same time i need to use the theme on domain ‘akudesign.com.my’.

    How to use the previous woopress license(purchase code)in another website?

    Hello,

    You may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard.
    To activate the theme on new site you need to deactivate it (via Theme Options) on old site.
    If you face any activation limit problem, provide your code in the Private Content area, we will check it and help activate the theme.

    Where should i go in theme option to deactivate the theme?

    Note that the deactivation option was added in 3.1 theme version. In case you use old theme version, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the Private Content area so we can help with theme deactivation.

    I have already removed the theme on the old site. But still cannot activate the theme on the new site
