    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand your concern regarding the unauthorized login attempts, fake account creations, and spam messages. Unfortunately, such issues are common, and it’s important to take proactive measures to secure your website.

Our theme does not include built-in features specifically designed to prevent these types of attacks. However, we recommend using reliable third-party plugins to enhance your website’s security and prevent spam. Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Wordfence Security – Offers firewall protection, login attempt monitoring, and malware scanning.
    2. reCAPTCHA by BestWebSoft – Helps prevent spam by adding Google reCAPTCHA to your login, registration, and comment forms.
    3. WPBruiser – A no-captcha anti-spam and security plugin that blocks bots without annoying your users.
    4. Stop Spammers – Provides comprehensive protection against spam registrations, comments, and login attempts.

Please ensure that any plugin you choose is compatible with your current WordPress version and other installed plugins.

Additionally, we recommend consulting the WooCommerce plugin documentation or support team for further guidance. The ability to create user accounts on an eCommerce website is a feature provided by WooCommerce itself, not by the theme. Therefore, the issue you are experiencing is not related to the theme you are using https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
