How to show text on top of colored blocks?

Hi 8theme team,

Is there anyway to put text on top of colored blocks/sections and have the section be clickable so it links to another page?

Also can we have the color of the block change so when someone hovers over it, it changes the color?

Yes, it is indeed possible to place text over colored blocks or sections and make the entire section clickable to link to another page. Additionally, we can implement a hover effect so that the color of the block changes when someone hovers over it.
