Dear @Rok,
We hope this message finds you well.
It appears that there may have been some misconfiguration on your website regarding the creation of a unique page for a specific brand. Instead of utilizing the XStore Archive Builder with the appropriate conditions, a static page was created, and the default Shop page was set to draft. This resulted in incorrect URLs, as mentioned in your previous inquiry.
To resolve this, we have republished the Shop page and re-saved the permalink settings in the WordPress settings.
Please note that content for product taxonomy pages (such as categories, tags, and brands) is managed by WooCommerce and should be customized only using the XStore Builders functionality. While it is possible to create multiple templates with specific conditions using the Archive Products Builder, creating a static page to display products from a particular brand or category will not support sidebar filters correctly for showing products. This is due to WooCommerce limitations, which restrict filtering functionality to the default Shop and taxonomy pages.
If you wish to design a custom layout for brand taxonomy pages, we recommend using the Archive Products Builder and setting the appropriate conditions for your templates.
Additionally, the Spotlight Categories widget is designed to display categories related to the current taxonomy. Once your brand pages are configured correctly, this widget will function as intended.
We kindly ask that you refrain from implementing custom solutions without verifying their compatibility, as this may lead to unexpected behavior. Our support team is here to assist you with such questions, and we encourage you to reach out whenever needed. It is always preferable to have a functional brand page with working filters and dynamically loaded products, rather than a unique layout that does not operate correctly.
For further guidance, we recommend reviewing our tutorials before using the builders for such pages:

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Thanks a lot for your help. I would like to ask if you can double-check. because there were a lot of tabs open, and I saved smth, not sure if it didn’t break what you did. Also, feel free to turn off the wrong static page. Also any screenshots will be helpful
If possible, I’d really appreciate it if you could add any missing pages or sections you notice I don’t have. Since I’m not a technical person, it’s not always easy for me to know exactly what’s needed or how everything should work.
You can already see the structure and sections I have, so if you notice anything that would be useful to include, please feel free to set it up or suggest it.
A few screenshots along the way would be super helpful as well — it’ll make it easier for me to understand things later if I need to update or manage them myself.
Thanks again for your help!
Dear @Rok,
We hope this message finds you well.
We kindly recommend reviewing our documentation as a first step:
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/
Additionally, we have attached a few screenshots to assist you in configuring the conditions for custom layouts on taxonomy (brand, category) pages. We are pleased to see that you have successfully created a separate template for XStore brand pages, as shown here:
https://prnt.sc/Y6xAaZwTcYqK
To enhance the flexibility of your template, we suggest using dynamic values for certain widgets. This approach ensures that the template can be reused across multiple brand pages, rather than being limited to a single brand such as “Braun.” For example, incorporating dynamic brand names will allow each brand page to display its unique title appropriately.
We also noticed that you have used the Archive Title widget, which is an excellent choice:
https://prnt.sc/SkVC24vmghhu
If you wish to display the archive title using a specific widget, you may follow these steps:
1. Add the “Advanced Heading” widget (as an example).
2. Click on the dynamic tag icon.
3. Select “Archive Title” from the list of dynamic options (https://prnt.sc/FnbNZvv1Nhel, https://prnt.sc/4fG1A0B0t0zg).
4. Customize the widget’s style, text, and other settings as needed.
5. Save the page and preview it on the frontend (https://prnt.sc/86u1CpMtRhyj).
For more information on using dynamic tags in Elementor, please refer to the following guide:

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
