How to show all products on a single page same as the demo site?

Hi Support,

I imported the demo site with data to my site and I found the “Shop” page is empty.
I want to have a page showing all products exactly the same as https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market/shop/. But I found my site’s shop page is empty.

How to show all products on a single page same as the demo site? Many thanks

Please note that the “Shop” page is automatically generated by WooCommerce to display your products. If the page appears empty, kindly ensure that you have added products to your WooCommerce store. You can check this by navigating to Products > All Products in your WordPress dashboard.

Additionally, please make sure that the correct “Shop” page is assigned in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General > Shop page. Select the “Shop” page from the dropdown and save the changes.

Once products are added and the shop page is correctly assigned, your site will display all products in the same way as shown in our demo.

If you have already added products and the page is still empty, please try to re-save your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save Changes without modifying anything. This often resolves display issues.

Should you need further assistance, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access in a private reply so we can check the configuration directly.

Hi,

Thanks. Yes, the Shop page is working fine now displyaing all items.
However, I found the left side filters are not working. Whenever I clicked “Any Category”, changing the price with filter, selected “Out of stock” or even filter by Brand, there is no change on the screen.

Do you know how to fix this?

Thank you for providing access. Please note that for the products to appear on the shop page, they need to be published. In your case, we can see 36 draft products. Kindly publish them, and they will then be displayed on the shop page.

Hi Support,

I have only 9 products entered and published on my website. Please see the wordpress and this webpage https://nautigear.com.au/shop/.

The problem I am facing is the filter function on the left side of Shop page doesn’t work. There is no filtering when I clicked on all the filters on this Shop page.

I have more product categories created. But it only shows 3 categories on the Shop page.
How do I make other categories list on this filter on Shop page? Thanks

We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

WooCommerce -> Status -> Tool

Please ensure you clear the following fields:
– WooCommerce transients
– Expired transients
– Term counts
– Brands transients

Hi Support,

The product categories are still not showing up on the Filters on the Shop page after I followed the mentioned steps.
