“We’ve included all the demo versions and additional pages in the Import to XML Files folder of the theme’s package, and you can download it from the Downloads page. In XML files folder you’ll be able to see the theme’s .xml files and Revolution Slider archive files. XStore Theme Options can also be imported by copying the text file and pasting its content into the Import from File field on the Import/Export tab in XStore Theme Options.”

I have tried this instruction but it did’nt worked properly. Please give some advice. Thanks

Hello,

What version did you try to import? Did you find import files? Provide us with link to your site and temporary Dashboard access to check.

Thanks for your respond.
Before I have installed organic01 theme version and helped by Rose Tyler to install the picture that missing. But some widget didn’t work properly, such as: I can’t find filter product by price, filter product by rating it’s not complete, etc. When I edited and customized the sidebar and placed filter product by price on the shop sidebar, I still can’t find it. I tried to make a child theme, but it got worst then I reinstall wordpress from beginning.

Please kindly help me, so my website can be suitable by this conditions below :
1. Xstore version : Organic01
2. The picture from demos version need to be completed or copied, especially on the home and shop pages..
3. Filter product by price widget on shop sidebar.
4. On the shop sidebar, there are “Home” menu above the filter product by rating widget. Please remove the “home” menu. I’ve tried, but still cant be solved.

I give the wpadmin access in the private content area.
Please help me and Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,

1) I have installed demo using XStore > Import demos https://gyazo.com/8f1c863728f2c01688dfb5f76b9ab348
2) Check your site now. Images were imported
3) We have checked your site with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront and filter by price widget also does not show up. You can go to Appearance > Themes > activate Storefront and check. So, contact WooCommerce plugin support with this issue because we are able to help you only if the issue is related strictly to our theme. We found that some other WooCommerce users also faced this problem https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-price-filter-not-working/
4) Are you talking about breadcrumbs http://prntscr.com/qhmoxn ? Go to Xstore > Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Breadcrumbs Style > choose “Disable” if you don’t want to display them.
