    Hi, guys,
I´ve read this article : https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/ , but i don´t know how to set up this categories of the products, which are on the print (the numbers of the products).
What would be the way to create the same tags for related products in Woo?

    Hello, Nataliyag2

Dashboard > Products > Categories or Tags > add new. Then associate them with products. Further assistance you can get from WooCommerce support.

“6) The related products on my site are random, they are not showing the same products that I add manually on WP on the product” – do you use Single Product Builder? If so, just show Up-Sells products – https://prnt.sc/Dd_xsAEiGRWp

    Hello, Rose
Sorry, i am very beginer in WP.. 🙂
You wrote: “Dashboard > Products > Categories or Tags > add new” – so, can I add the whole category to linked products in WP? or just a tag?
I am migrating from shopify, so i have many tags in each of the product, same tags in similar products…
So, my quention is: would I need to create new tags, like some special category for the groups of the products? Or I could use the same tags in my products, like “short dress” or “summer dress”, that I have already? .
Or I could simply add the whole category, like “short dresses” to the product?
Cos I have about 700 products, so, it´s very important for me to link the correct products for upsell ou cross-sell

    Hello, Rose,
Thanks, but what I am trying to understand, is how to relate the products with the same tags? Because many of my dresses have tag “summer dress”, but i don´t see them like related products, shown on the product page.

    Hello @nataliyag2,

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, our theme does not have any influence on the WooCommerce-related products feature. We suggest that you read and follow the instructions in the following threads:

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/show-related-products-based-on-tags-only/

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-related-products-by-tags/

Alternatively, you may wish to contact the WooCommerce support team for further assistance.

    Best Regards,

So, as I see, all that solutions need coding in WP?
And in your theme, related products are random and are not working from manual adding to Linked Products in WP?

    Hello Nataliyag2,

You are correct that all of these require custom code. Additionally, products related to all themes are randomized.
