How to set up legenda as restaurant layout

Hello, is it possible to set up my legenda as restaurant layout with the demo page looking like the one on the link? If yes could you please be so kind to tell me how to do about doing that?

Hello,

You need import demo page as described in our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/demo_data_installation > “How to import Home Page?” and “How to import slider”.
.xml files can be found in the theme package that you downloaded from our site in “XML_Data” folder, you need “restaurant” folder.

Hello, thank you. I have done that. The problem is with the slider. I do import it. It all goes ok but unfortunately i do not see the slide. The picture are not working. Could you please see if there is any problem in the slider zip file?

I have one more question, if i go and edit the part that say

BEST ECOMMERCE WORDPRESS THEME
MAN IMPOSES HIS OWN LIMITATIONS, DON’T SET ANY

The one with the pasta parallax in the bg, i loose the all effect. Could you please take a look y that happen. Even if i just change a letter in the text i loose the all imagination.

Hi!

i have exactly the same problem. i guess the settings file contains outdated links to the images like https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda4/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/slide1.jpg

could you please send me the import-files for the restaurant theme V 2.9 ?
Or could you tell me what you´ve donene to/for member “mbenven”?
I am currently working on a projekt for a customer of your theme.

thanks for the quick response!
You can find tha credentials in private content below.

Could You Please

1) Fix Slider as already told (should be displaying 1:1 like in
https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/restaurant/?et_styles=0-4-1-0-7-0-0-0-1

2) Install Demo-Content or provide all Settings and Contents to accomplish that my Site including alls Subsides is an 1:1 Copy of
https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/restaurant/?et_styles=0-4-1-0-7-0-0-0-1

I would love to use this as a Starting point. I already tried to import the restaurant Demo data but as you can see on my page for example the menu is not displaying as in your restaurante example (submenu is missing, less menue-entries at all etc.)

Would be really great if you could provid me the 1:1 copy of restaurant (same contents, images, areas, subsites etc), so that i can use this as a great starting point…and of course fixing the slider as well.

You could override everything that should be nessessary therefore.

Hello @graebermedien,

I’ve reimported Restaurant template. Please check the page “Restaurant” now.
Concerning the slider you need update it to 5.0.4.1 version, you can download the archive here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Sorry, but menu can’t be imported, it’s just created for demo site, not for templates.

Hello @graebermedien,

Unfortunately frontend editor can’t be loaded in Legenda theme. You should use backend editor instead.
