Hello,
It is recommended to run import on fresh WordPress installation.
To run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ This plugin will help you to remove all the existing content.
If you do not want to use this plugin, you need to manually delete content (pages, menus, static blocks, and so on).

But in first option there is a problem. When you are not satisfied with set up of theme and you will start to reset database, after 12 database resets you will not have access to xstore theme with your purchase code. Is it right? So could you write precisely what content from ftp server must one delete to avoid reset databases?
and it will be very helpfull to have button to start point in theme.
Thanks,
Branislav
WordPress Database Reset plugin is the best way right now. Contact us once you reach the limit and we will reset the activation limit for you.
You can post the request about such button here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
