There is no default value of sidebar position in 8theme layout option.

How to set the default value “Without” for sidebar position for a new Page ?

Hello,

1/ You can simply select without sidebar in your Customizer->Blog -> Blog layout (http://prntscr.com/zu2elj)
2/ or you can only set it up by selecting the without sidebar on each new page created
