How can I set the cross sales and up sales as shown in the picture? For cross sales it must show 3 products listed in the cross sales list. Likewise, the up sales must be show in the indicated area because the related products shown now seem to be random (it is not the linked up sales products).

    Hello,

Please read this article – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
Related and Up-Sells products can be shown on the Single product page, but not Cross-Sells.
Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product page > Location Of Upsell Products . Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Related Products settings.

    Regards

I will read up on that article, however is there any way to show cross sales? Also, what does it use to show Related Products? Is this random?
    Thanks

    Hello,

If you read that article you understand that

Cross-sells are products that you promote in the cart, based on the current product. They display on the cart page underneath the cart products table with a thumbnail image.

There is no option to show it on single product by default. If you want to show them also on the single product it requires additional customization. By default Single product displays the Upsells.

Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

Would you be so kind to read the articles we provide before submitting the new questions?
It will save your time and time of our support.

    Regards

Apologies for the quick reply last time, I have read up on the article and though it explains the kinds of sells very nicely, it still leaves us with the question of how to include especially the cross sales as this is an important feature would like to build in to the single product view.

How can we customize the single product view to list cross sells on the indicated area? Is there a widget or such?

I also do not see any cross sells below the cart? I have linked another product to the one in the image as a cross sell.

    Thanks for your time.

    Hello,

    1) Add the linked products http://prntscr.com/vwcxug
    2) We have added option to show the Cross-sells on the single product also, go Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > choose the location of the linked products http://prntscr.com/vwcyfl
    3) Cross-sells automatically appear on the cart page once you add product that has the cross-sells to your cart.

    Hello,

    You’re welcome!
Install Loco Translate plugin, create a translation for XStore theme of English and change the text, then just disable the Loco plugin.

    Hi there,
When we add more than 2 cross-sell related items it does not show below (in the same column) but rather have the little arrows to click to move right/left on the same two rows. Is it possible to instead display 6 rows (6 products) and then if it is more than 6 then the arrows can be used?
    Thanks

    Hi,

It requests additional customization is files, which is not included in our basic support.
You may copy and edit xstore/woocommerce/cart/cross-sells.php to your child-theme and make some changes in this part http://prntscr.com/vzu7g5
