How to remove unknown box showing on main menu

Hi, I have a box that shows up when first using the menu, if I go back to the menu after scrolling away it doesn’t show in the same way.

Your issue has been solved please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache: https://postimg.cc/N9C8KZPt I have turned OFF the Menu cache and Dropdown Menu Ajax Loading from XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization Wizard and it resolved the issue.
