How To Remove the advert on the Home Page

My page has a blank advert I can’t see but serves as overlay on my Home Page. I just see the X for closing it.

How do I disable this please?

Hello,

Theme Options > Header builder > delete Newsletter element from the Header content, for example, – https://i.gyazo.com/83dd3cab0d0669485a832ab274f98824.gif
