How to remove “spend xx to get free shipping”wording on mobile view

Hi, I have off progress bar in sales booster and removed the text from cart message. But it still shows “spend xx to get free shipping” on mobile view of cart pop up. Could you help me to remove it?

It seems to be a cache issue. We do not see the mentioned text, so clear the cache of the browser on your mobile.
