How to remove posted by in blog post - by stevhong

    Hi Support. i try to remove the “posted by……..” under the blog posts and not able to. kindly advice.
    I have search the forum and mention that under the themes option with byline option, but is not available under the version 2.11
    kindly advice how i can remove these. many thanks

    Helo stevhongl,

    as we can see – you have already added following css code to default.custom.css:

    .blog-post .post-info{
    display:none
    }

    but to make it work you need to rename file ‘default.custom.css’ to ‘custom.css’ and enable it in Theme options > Custom CSS.

    Hi thank you for your feedback.. i have put the code inside the custom code. but the “posted on….” is still being display.. kindly advice…

    Hello,

    As I see you haven’t renamed default.custom.css file.
    Connect via FTP and go to the folder wp-content/themes/legenda and rename default.custom.css to custom.css.
