How to remove one message at the bottom of Cart

I have translate all on French.
My question is how to remove at all a message in cart: “Free shipping over 49$”

In this time I don’t use any shipping, site offer only a possibility to “make an order and pay” for client.

Hello,

1) To remove promo message in cart go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > scroll down to Mini cart promo message and remove promo text.
2) Translate the mentioned strings in XStore theme and XStore core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
If you use Single product builder then also translate the mentioned strings in the Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > edit Related products and Share elements and change titles.
3) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check that. Probably you translated that to Russian anywhere. We need to check the settings you use to guide you.
