How to put text inside box/shapes etc? - by GTP

Hi 8theme team,

Just wondering if there is anyway in regards to put images and text inside shapes like a square/rectangle.

Please see PCA.

And also wondering if there was a change in regards to the 8theme support forum looks? We noticed some changes visually in regards to the forum – just curious.
