How to prevent pop-up promo window from showing up on each single page

Hi,
I noticed that the promo pop-up window shows up on every single page during navigation. Is there a way to tell to show-up only one time a visitor visits the site instead of showing up every time a visitor changes page?

I saw the “Don’t show up the promo again”, but is there another way?

Thanks a lot, your theme rocks seriously anyway! I love it!

Hello,

Try to add this code in 8theme Options->Styling->Custom CSS->Global Custom CSS.
```
.single-product .my-mfp-slide-bottom.mfp-ready.mfp-bg,
.single-product .mfp-wrap{
display:none !important;
}
```

No, it doesn’t work the solution you proposed me. The pop-up opens on the homepage (the first time you open the site) but everytime a visitor change page, the popup still “popup”.

I would like that the popup showed only ONCE at the very first opening of the site.

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no such possibility. To hide popup window you have to tick “Don’t show up the promo again”.
