How to modify the header when scrolling up

Hello friends,
I’m new to XStore.
I’ve just installed it and loaded the Luxury Jewelry demo.
The only thing I’ve done so far is changing the logo and modify the header background color to beige, BUT still showing the original navy blue background color on the header when scrolling up.
I’ve searched for a solution but none has given exact directions how to modify this to match the same background color as the main header.

Hello friends,
Yes your instructions worked fine to change the background image for the up scroll header (I was trying with the main header container, not the other container without the menu, now I know, Thanks)

The problem now is that when one reaches the top of the page, it seems to me the site loads the original header background image or color, and for a fraction of a second you see like it flashes the original blue before changing to the new beige I need for this site.

Privately shared the preview access while in maintenance mode.
Please let me know how to change that the only the intended beige is loaded.

Hello @Renato,

We have checked your website header both in static and scrolling states, and we did not notice any changes in the background or content during scrolling (a video is attached in the private content). Could you please attach a video from your test so that we can better understand your request? You can upload your video to a file-sharing service such as https://fex.net/ and provide the download link.

Additionally, if you require our assistance, please describe the result you would like to achieve (for example, keeping the same background for both static and scrolling states, changing the background only on scroll, or modifying the sticky header scroll type, etc.). You may also provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content if you would like us to assist with the configuration.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I reallly appreciate your support.
As a matter of fact, in the video you sent me, you can see the issue I’m describing.
When you load a page for the first time, or when you scroll up and reaches the very top, at that exact moment and for a fraction of a second you can see the header background in the original navy blue color, it’s just a quick flash in blue and then it turns to the beige I have set for both: the main header and also the scroll up header.

Please check that video you sent me and you’ll notice it.
That’s what I need to know and learn how to correct.

Hello @Renato,

Please update your credentials so that we can review your header settings as administrators, as we are currently unable to access them.

Upon inspection, we found that your “beige” background is set as an image, while the configured background color corresponds to the one you are experiencing issues with (please refer to the private content).

Kindly review your header settings and, in the container with the image background, change the color value from “#171831” to “#f6f2ea” or another preferred color. Alternatively, you may remove the background image and use only a background color, as the image currently serves only as a solid color and does not need to be displayed as an image.

If you still require our assistance, please update your credentials, and we will be happy to help.
