    Hello+

I am using the Corporate One Page and the shortcode [contact_form] on my client’s new site. He does not care for the “surname” on the “name and surname”. Also, he does not want to obtain people’s website URL…I’m attempting to make those 2 specifics disappear…

I have looked at your response to ticket #47868 and attempted to make similar adjustments regarding not showing the “surname” and the “website” (and website text box).

I copied the shortcodes.php file into the royal-child folder, made my changes there & saved it, uploaded the child-folder & activated it – but those 2 items are still showing on the contact form. So, it seems that I am missing something…Can you advise/guide me on how to make these items not show up on the Contact Form?

    Thank you very much!

PS: I have a screenshot for you to view, but cannot find where to upload it here…? (You cannot view the site as there is a landing page up right now.) Please tell me where/how to upload the image for you to see…

    Hi+

I have the box “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” checked – but I never received an email for your response (above)…

I am providing admin login details in the Private Content segment…

    Thank you.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.
