How to modify padding for down part of the header

Hi, can you help with that? I manged to do it for the upper part, but can’t find it for the down.

We did not add this – https://prnt.sc/6WZzm-hXlaWn , we disabled the header overlap option.

I solved that, but I didn’t add it for sure.

Can you help with this? (Attached a screenshot)

When I scroll up, a white space appears between the slider and header.
