How to make Static Blocks footer the default footer

Is there a way to make the footer I created in Static Blocks the default footer so it shows up on all pages that I define with the default footer? This will also help on pages that are generated by WordPress like the calendar page that uses a calendar plugin.

Set your footer static block in Appearance > Widgets > http://prntscr.com/ibqx7e
