    Hello,

    I’ve already checked the doc : https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

I downloaded the required plugin and followed the steps but the translation did not work. Is there any detailed description of how to do this translation?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
Translate WooCommerce plugin using Loco translate – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/
and XStore Core plugin (for example these strings https://prnt.sc/10c72ai) – go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.

    Regards

Actually I need more details, how/where to use/import the translation files which you provided.

    I did following :

Moved the olish language file whiche ends with .mo to /wp-content/themes/ path.
After that, I went Loco translate plugin > themes > xstore > new language > set the wordpress language to Polish and select the system: https://prnt.sc/11ve33f

After that on this page : https://prnt.sc/11ve7aw
I clicked the sync button but nothing happened.

    Note: WordPress installed as Polish.

    Hello,

You need to place xstore-pl_PL.mo file into wp-content/languages/themes/ folder via FTP, then Sync.

    Hi Rose,

Still, nothing has changed. I did as you said but I still see 0% in translations. You can look here:
    https://prnt.sc/11vh3b5

Is it possible to have a remote connection to fix the issue?

    Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards

If you can also explain, how to do this would be great. I need to do the same thing for the x-store plugin I think. Also I found one more issue, footer toggle on mobile does not work. If you can also fix that would be really nice. Please let me know when you are done then I will remove the accounts.

    1) https://gyazo.com/3f8e7f42b62cf300fe107bd17ec685b1 > http://prntscr.com/11vhumz > after the Sync https://gyazo.com/26accfa46d1d365c9a0919d112bed5d6 20% is translated. Please check.
I’ve added translation for the Core plugin. You can continue it.
As I can see, you are using CDN. Do not forget to clear CDN cache before checking the result of the translation on frontend.
    2) About the footer, it is correct behavior, because the content of the Footer is created using a static block.

    Hello,

CDN is independent of our theme. I suppose that your hosting provider should be able to guide you, or read this article – https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169246-Purging-cached-resources-from-Cloudflare
