How to let All departments / All Categories stay Opened,
not only let it open when scrolling up, but let it stay Open,
while All Departments Visibility is set to Opened?

We regret to inform you that the sticky header does not have the option to keep all departments/categories open. This option is only available for the default header.

We regret to inform you that it is not possible to achieve your desired outcome with the current version of the theme. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

I turned off Sticky header for the bottom, and it is all good now, thank you. 🙂
