Should you wish to permit users the convenience of posting reviews without the necessity of logging in, please proceed with the following instructions:

1. Access your WordPress dashboard.
2. Navigate to “Settings” and proceed to select “Discussion.”
3. Within “Other comment settings,” locate and deselect the option “Users must be registered and logged in to comment.” Ensure to save the modifications thereafter.

Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Upon investigation, we discovered that the “Customer Image Reviews” function was in use; however, the option to “Turn on if it is required to upload images on a new review” had not been activated. Upon reviewing your website, we have observed that users are able to submit product reviews without the necessity of logging in. However, we would like to inform you that the functionality to upload photos alongside reviews is currently restricted to logged-in users only.
