How to import Testimonials from csv to xstore theme testimonials?

Hi, I have lots of testimonials from my other ecommerce store. I have scrapped it on a csv file. Is there a way to import testimonials to xstore from csv?

At the moment, XStore does not offer a built-in feature to directly import testimonials from a CSV file. However, you may consider using a third-party plugin that supports CSV import functionality for custom post types or testimonial sections. Please ensure that the plugin you choose is compatible with your current setup.

Alternatively, if you are using a specific testimonials plugin with XStore, we recommend checking whether that plugin provides an import option, as some plugins do support CSV import.

I’m using testimonials from xstore, the one which activated through xstore > theme options > general option. Is that a standalone plugin or else?

At the moment, there is no direct way to import testimonials from a CSV file.

However, if you send us your CSV file, we will do our best to find a possible solution.

Alternatively, if you have access to the website where the testimonials are currently located, you may consider using the standard WordPress import/export functionality. Please refer to the attached files for detailed instructions on how to proceed.

– Gravatar E-mail Address
– Byline
– URL

Based on the structure of your data, it appears to be more aligned with product reviews rather than standard testimonials.

Oh it’s alright, even if only three fields that can be imported im okay with that, as long as theres a way to import (not post it one by one).
