How to have the TABS title displaying on the top?

Hi there,

I’m having an issue that hopefully you could help to figure out how to fix:

I’m using a TABS function to deliver the content.

However, the title of the tabs appears to be under the previous tab content on the mobile view.
(For long content it would be hard for users to know/find there are other tabs.)
Can you pls let me know how to have all the tabs title fixed on the top of the content?

By the way, could you pls also have a check and advise how can I change(decrease) the padding space above and below the copyright info?

I have tried to edit in the theme option > Styling > Copyrights, as well as in the static block paddings, however, nothing seems to have changed.

I’ve changed settings for the content of Copyright static blocks http://prntscr.com/knoh3e http://prntscr.com/knoh9f http://prntscr.com/knohe9 http://prntscr.com/knohis and http://prntscr.com/knohn5
Please clear cache and check result.
