How To Get Rid Of Black Bars - by Chris Barrett

    Ive embedded a 4.3 movie on a page using video player and chosen the 4.3 ratio but it still apears with the black bars (16.9)

    Would appreciate your help, thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Do you use latest version of Visual composer plugin https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ?
    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content?

    Yep, just installed and it hasn’t changed the format.
