    Hello,

When viewing images on product listing it takes long some time and also there are a Glitch that occurs before the image appears.

How can I fix that and what could be the issue?

I started noticing this when the last css code was added.

    Please find attached screenshot.

    Thanks very much!

    Dear @Elhadj07,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to clarify that the CSS modifications we implemented were specifically designed for the hover effects on your product grid, and not for the single product pages. Upon reviewing your website, we did not observe any issues with the single product images displays that we accessed. It is possible that the problem you encountered may be isolated to a specific product.

Such issues can arise if an image has been removed from your server, which is not related to our theme’s functionality. Please verify that the images for the affected product are correctly uploaded. It may be necessary to re-upload the images to resolve the issue.

Should the problem persist, kindly provide us with the URL of the affected product so we can further investigate the matter.

    Best regards,

    Hi Jack,

It’s not on a single product it’s occurs on all product at random and it’s on the mobile I observed that not on laptop. Also my associate have noticed same on her phone and sent me the screenshot.

I have included 3 links of products I just checked and the Glitch appeared.

But it happens on almost any product.

Also it is not related to a deleted image because all images are uploaded on the media library.

If deleting them and re uploading could fix I could try although gonna be a lot of work.

    Thanks very much

    Additional info:

I also noticed changes I made on the single product related to the images slider is not reflecting. Even after I clear cache.

I edited single product with elementor and on the image slider effect I changed to Coverflow just to check. When I am logged in I can see the changes but when I check on another browser logged out I can see the changes made (image slider effect coverflow).

    Thanks

    Dear @Elhadj07,

We have conducted tests on your product URLs and encountered the issue you reported on one occasion. Our findings indicate that the popup window activated by clicking an image in the Product Gallery is based on the Elementor code, and the images are configured to lazy-load. You can view this setting here: https://prnt.sc/ojC4cGiHrd9z.

We attempted to locate an option within Elementor to disable this feature, but it appears to be enabled by default. Under these circumstances, we recommend reaching out to Elementor’s support team for further assistance.

As a temporary solution to enhance image load speed and make the glitch minimalistic in time or fix it at all, we suggest optimizing your images, as they are currently quite large. This can significantly improve performance. For image optimization, you might consider using services like TinyPNG. Please visit the following link to proceed: https://tinypng.com/.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
