    Hello,

    What theme version are you using?
    Have you updated it to the latest 1.3 version?

    Please do this and create back up of your files and database before update.

    I guess my version is 1.0
    I never update a theme before
    is there a way to do via dashboard?

    Hello,

    You need update the theme via FTP.
    Create a back up of the files and database before update!

    How to update the theme you can watch in our video tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same):

    is there a way to do FTP through the dashboard or should i download a plugin for FTP transfer

    Hello,

    You can use FTP client like FileZilla https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client .

    Hi Eva,

    That would be great. Also, regarding coupon codes, they work fine in the basket stage of the checkout, but if i try to apply one in the billing details stage, the price on the right doesnt update unless i refresh the page.

    Hello @jordandwilson,

    Please update the theme to the latest version as well as the required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and Woocommerce plugin.
    Don’t forget to create a back up before update!
