    Hi there,

I’m having a problem with the single product displaying on mobile devices:

On the desktop version, I have set my single product page to “Centered fixed image” style.
Here is the demo site example: https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/shop/man/sweatshirts/brushed-effect/?preset=single_fixed

However, when I visited the product page via the mobile device, I’m just wondering can I have the image gallery enabled displaying below the main product image?
    Here’s the example: https://ibb.co/d02GxH
Here’s what it is now for my website: https://ibb.co/mf4bWc (Infinite image scroll)

We desperately need this “Image gallery” on mobile version since there will be about 20 pictures for every single product…. infinite scroll of the images will kill the customers…

    Much appreciated!!
    Best Regards
    Graham

    Hello,

Copy xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php file into child theme
    and edit the file http://prntscr.com/j45vnc > http://prntscr.com/j45vu4
    wp_is_mobile()

    Regards

    Thanks for your suggestion!

However, there seems to be some error when I copied and modified the file as advised to the Child Theme. (I do still want the image scroll on desktop rather than the image gallery thumbnails)

Please have a check of the screenshots:
    1. Desktop : https://ibb.co/cgADwn
    2. Mobile device: https://ibb.co/jqLDwn

Can you please kindly advise what further am I supposed to do to fix the errors?
    Thanks very much!!
    Regards

    Supplement Information:

For easier to understand, this is what I want to realize on the mobile device:
    https://ibb.co/khKWXS
(I do like the current desktop “image scrolling in the middle layout” and would like to still keep it on the desktop.)

    Thanks and Regards!

    Hi,

The FTP login credential is authorized via the “Putty Private Key Generator”

I have attached the link in which you can download the key.
And the login information is provided in the private section.

I have set 777 permission for the above-mentioned Child theme and Xstore/woocommerce/single-product, please let me know if there are files need to be uploaded to the other folders. Will change the permission level. 🙂

    Hello,

This option rewrites settings -> http://prntscr.com/j4nc5l in http://prntscr.com/j4ndby product
in other products -> http://prntscr.com/j4ncqi all works fine now
    http://prntscr.com/j4ncwn
Please delete product-image.php file from xstore-child folder, the correct file is located in xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product folder.

    Regards
