    Currently the registration tab is not showing in site. Only login form is showing.

    WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation > Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-15

    Our theme does not have special options for the registration, we use default WooCommerce registration. All the available options for the registration fields you can find in settings of the WooCommerce. If you need any custom fields, use an additional plugin for WooCommerce that allows you to implement this.
