How to edit shop page, eg change banner, in elementor

Hi,
I am just trying to change the header and a few things in the shop page. https://televerse.com.au/shop-2/

When I went to endit the page, it didn’t give me the option to edit in elementor, but when I viewed the page, it gave me the option to edit in elementor. When I tried, I got this error.
“you must call ‘the_content’ function of the current template…
What is the best way to edit for example the header in the shop page?

Sorry, I figured it out. It’s a static block. All sorted. I’ll close this.
