xstore/woocommerce/loop/no-products-found.php file can be changed via child theme. Please note that additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

The icon can be changed using custom CSS code, for example:
.empty-category-block:before {
content: ‘\e956’;
}
Place the code into Theme Options > Theme custom CSS.
